Donkey milk and wildflower honey

Relaxation is tinged with white and honey colors at Villa Petriolo. The exclusive rituals involve the use of donkey milk, a product capable of cleansing and moisturizing the skin, making it soft and supple, and mixed-flower honey, which is produced here at Villa Petriolo thanks to the preservation of the age-old tradition of beekeeping. The fusion of the Acacia tree, whose flowers act as a scrub, milk and honey restore the skin’s natural moisture, softness and radiance. OLIVE OIL, MULLEIN AND CALENDULA FLOWERS

GRAPES AND COFFEE

Vine leaves considered by the Sumerians to be “the herb of life.” The vineyard-quilted hillsides of Villa Petriolo immerse themselves in rituals that start with grapes, whose extracts and red vine leaves act as a scrub. The presence of polyphenols and resveratrol play an antioxidant action and counteract the aging process. Oak, Coffee and Birch regenerate the skin and promote blood circulation, also counteracting rosacea and cellulite blemishes. Scrub Treatments

Exfoliating body treatments

Exfoliation involves the removal of cells in the process of desquamation. Villa Petriolo’s natural products used for this treatment contain abrasive particles. The massage involves circular movements and maneuvers that serve to promote dermal microcirculation making the skin immediately appear cleaner and more elastic.

  • Honey, wildflower and brown sugar scrub 40 min.
  • Scrub with grape seed oil, red vine leaves and coffee 40 min.
  • Olive oil scrub, olive granules, mullein flowers and calendula 40 min.
  • Citrus scrub, herbs, amber powder from pine resin and lavender flowers 40 min.

Vitamin E-rich Villa Petriolo honey counteracts the action of free radicals by detecting itself as an excellent antioxidant and also a valuable brightener and elasticizer. Brown sugar and thousand flowers (from which the honey is derived) help with cell desquamation so that the skin appears brighter and more toned.

At the end of the treatment, honey-based cream is applied.
