Sustainability
For a greener world
Villa Petriolo wants to offer an inclusive reconnection
with nature without losing luxury and comfort.
At the same time we want to transform what the Earth has given us, without being transgressive,
but on the contrary, to be sustainable and make everything part of the cycle while respecting the balance of nature.

An act of Lovetowards Our Land
Preserving means maintaining the balance of nature
We need to start from afar with a logistical and structural planning that allows you to combine eco-sustainable management with economic profit. A win-win situation that combines environmental protection management with a sustainable financial return that also allows to invest in human resources at 0 km, those young people who live in the area where we are located and who have the desire and ability to be that added value to such an operation.
Contemporary Renaissance
Restore the relationship between man and nature
The Renaissance was born thanks to that surplus of resources that the earth gave to enlightened men who then allocated the same surplus to build palaces, churches and works of art. We need a contemporary renaissance to help us restore that synergistic relationship between man and nature.
We cannot talk about eco-sustainability if we weren’t the first to size the services we offer.

Sustainable tourism of accommodation facilities
ISO 21401
Accommodation facilities have immense potential to improve their impact on the environment, promote social exchanges and contribute to local economies in a positive way.
Sustainable Agriculture
Respect the balance of nature
Organic and sustainable agriculture is the basis of our project. The products we use for the restaurant, for the creation of cosmetics and for experiences related to agricultural production are born from the love for the land. Agriculture in villa petriolo respects the environment that surrounds it and respects the flora and fauna present around the “transformed” fields in production.
Human factor at KM0
the territory told by those who live it
We also strongly believe in the human factor at km0. It is right that the territory is told by the same actors who live it, and it is priceless to see the love of a territory in the words and in the eyes of the workers of Villa Petriolo themselves. This is true experiential tourism.
