Wellness path: daily from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Treatments: daily from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Fitness area: daily from 09:00 am to 19:00 pm
Advance booking of treatments is required to ensure availability and preferred time for service.
Please give any cancellations with 24h notice to avoid a 100% charge. Arriving late will simply limit the time of the treatment by decreasing its effectiveness and enjoyment. The treatment will end at the scheduled time so that the next guest does not have to be delayed.
It is recommended that you check in at the Holistic Wellness Retreat reception at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow us to give you a tour of the spa’s oasis of heat and water.
In the Holistic Wellness Retreat, as a place of tranquility, it is required to mute mobile devices and respect the privacy rights of all guests.
The minimum age required to enter the Holistic Wellness Retreat and Fitness Centre is 18 years old.
At the time of booking, please inform us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that may affect the service.
To enable us to advise expectant mothers in choosing the most suitable treatment, we ask you to inform us of any pregnancy status at the time of booking. Please note that, for safety reasons, we do not perform massages during the first trimester of pregnancy; however, facials remain available during this phase.
Please be advised that Holistic Wellness Retreat will not be held responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings. Please keep all valuables well guarded in the locker that will be provided to you upon entry. For the protection of your clothing, we also ask that you wear the bathrobe provided.
The Holistic Wellness Retreat will not be responsible for any kind of accident or injury suffered by any guest or resident.
The use of alcohol and tobacco is strictly prohibited in Villa Petriolo’s Holistic Wellness Retreat environments.
To continue to benefit at home from the effects received during treatments, the specific products used can be purchased at our reception desk.
