Adventure in E-Bike

Embark upon a new electric bike adventure with an expert guide and your friends. Roads, countryside, towns and sunsets; a journey on two wheels with a whole new colour!
Horse ride through the Tuscan hills

Helicopter Experience

Flying over Tuscany by helicopter is an inimitable experience, full of adrenaline. Live together with an Expert Pilot the unique opportunity to observe the most beautiful panoramas and the most wonderful places of our territory from above.

Truffle hunting

The great opportunity to discover the “treasure” hidden in the Tuscan woods and learn about the training method for truffle dogs. After hunting, the Osteria di Golpaja will delight you with its cuisine and delicious dishes based on truffles, even win the most sophisticated palates over.
General Information
Reservation
The reservation of any experience has to be consulted with the front desk which will confirm the service in case of availability. We strongly reccomend to book in advance to ensure your reservation with time. We always confirm with a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 8 people for all the experiences offered directly from Villa Petriolo except for the E-bike, Horse Ride and Helicopter experiences. Our experiences are for small groups of hotel guests and daily visitors which might share the same experience booked. The maximum guests are 8 people. In case of private experiences you need to consult the Front Desk to send you a personalized quotation. In case of groups over 8 people, the experience becomes automatically private.
Climatic Event Policy
Villa Petriolo offers several experiences which take place partially or completely outdoors. In case of climatic events which make impossible to do the outdoor part of the experience, some of the experiences will take place indoors at the same rate. The experiences which cannot take place, not even partially indoors, will be posponed when possible or canceled free of charge. Villa Petriolo is not responsable for the climatic events, however it remains at disposal of its guests to find a solution as possible to solve the inconveniences caused by those mentioned events.
Late arrival, No Show and cancelation policy
Guests must be 5 minutes before the experience starts, no matter which experience is. In case of being late, the guests will not be able to partecipate to the experience any longer. In case of being late arrival or No Show, Villa Petriolo has the right to fully charge the service. Guests who booked directly with us will have the possibility to charge the service to the room tab; all the other cases will have to pay in advance the service (the week before the service). The Helicopter experience must be paid in advance even though they are hotel guests. Our cancelation policy free of charge is 7 days before the confirmation date of the experience.
Children
From 0 to 3 years old: free from 4 to 12 years old: 50% of the chosen experience. Except for the E-bike, Horse Ride and Helicopter experiences, you need to consult the Reception.
Week and time schedule
Our experiences are available from Mondays to Saturdays except the Cooking class which are from Mondays to Fridays only in the morning. On Sundays our experiences are not available for bookings except for the E-bike, Horse Ride and Helicopter which are done by local associations.
Must To Know
Guests must inform the reception at the moment of confirming the reservaton in case of food restrictions, allergies, intolerances or specific diets.
